About Our Company
Based in Anniston, Alabama, Forsyth Building Company Inc. takes great pride in exceeding our client’s expectations no matter how large or small the project. Our honesty, hard work, and close attention to our client's needs are the greatest assets we bring to every job site.
Harold Forsyth began the company in 1998. Within the first few years of operation Forsyth Building Company was awarded numerous projects including churches, banks, office buildings, retirement complexes, and civil infrastructure. Over the years, we’ve grown our building portfolio to include 350 projects with at least 20% being commissioned by repeat clients. Forsyth Building Company entered the design-build market in 2000 and has completed several million dollars in design-build contracts. We also have worked as the Construction Manager with several other General Contractors within the state of Alabama.
While Forsyth is known for the buildings we construct, we believe the relationships we build with our clients are what make us so successful. As we continue to grow, we understand our reputation is on the line with every project we complete, and we aim to keep that reputation in the highest regards by continually going above and beyond for our clients.

President
Harold has built a thriving construction business from the ground up. A graduate of Auburn University, he honed his skills and knowledge in construction management before venturing out to start his own company. Harold has managed multiple employees and projects, seamlessly overseeing all aspects of operations. His ability to effectively lead and motivate his team has been instrumental in achieving remarkable results and exceeding client expectations. Under Harold's leadership, his company has flourished, establishing a reputation for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. His perseverance, hard work, and dedication to client satisfaction have earned him trust and loyalty throughout the Southeast.
Deborah Forsyth

Deborah is a seasoned bookkeeper and corporate secretary with 32 years of experience in the construction industry. Her expertise lies in managing payroll, accounts receivable, and preparing accurate financial statements. With a background in Civil Engineering Technology from Gadsden State Community College and experience as a Civil Engineering Technician at Anniston Water Works, Lincoln brings a solid foundation of knowledge and practical expertise to his role. During his tenure, he honed his skills in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) and gained hands-on experience in the field, collaborating with engineers and overseeing construction projects. Equipped with a solid technical background, Lincoln aspires to bring a unique blend of knowledge and experience to his role as a project manager. He seeks to leverage his CADD proficiency and field expertise to streamline processes, optimize project schedules, and enhance overall project efficiency.
